Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
ACAMissions.org is maintained by the Finance Committee of the Executive Council and the House of Bishops of the Anglican Church in America. Our goal is to provide support for our domestic missions seeking to grow and to assist new congregations and church plants in finding a home within the Anglican Church in America.
We provide that support through three main activities:
- Awarding small grants to domestic missions from funds set aside by the Executive Council and the House of Bishops.
- Providing news about our missions and creating an outlet to assist our missions with staying in touch and making needs known to the larger Anglican community.
- Exploring ways to raise additional funds and support specifically for our domestic missions.
Many of our readers will no doubt know that the Anglican Church in America also has several missionary dioceses outside the 50 States including the Diocese of Puerto Rico and the Diocese of Central America and Mexico. The Anglican Church in America provides support to these dioceses through support of the International Anglican Fellowship. Although ACAMIssions.org does not financially support our missions outside the 50 States we do keep them constantly in our prayers and encourage you all to do the same.
